REappearing act.

You ever meet someone in passing and tell yourself, "Damn that person seems pretty coo. I could see myself friends with that person." But nothing happens. Then.. in the future.. you meet again. And boom, the seed of friendship is planted and begins to grow immediately.... ? Can anyone feel me on that?

I had that with someone in my English class a coupla semesters ago. he seemed pretty coo. on my level. intellectually challenging only because we were the only ones who rebutted each other. intellectually stimulating because although sometimes we didnt agree on things, we actually made sense to eachother. ...but i dropped the class (all my classes... actually) and that was that. i did like erykah and said "see ya next lifetime."

we ran into each other at a party last night. he asked if we've met and i said "nope, don't think so." but he remembered. and then for the rest of the night... it was a great conversation with great company... but in my opinion... HORRIBLE music. (hahaha)

it's a breath of fresh air talking to someone who understands the depth of your passion because they feel the exact same way. its relieving to know that someone out there cares just as much as you do. and maybe even more. i've always believed in surrounding yourself with people with similar goals, ethics and morals. i'm glad i could add another person to my group of friends.
